This Week's Update [10/25/15] - Another Milestone!

(The Weekly Update is an email that was started in the fall of 2010 to keep family and friends informed of my medical condition and has continued as a review of family activities.  Written by Zelma and edited by Steve. Working on adding past issues to the blog.)

Hi all,

We had a good week.  The only thing that could have made it better would have been a ride outside.  On Thursday, we hit the 15,000 mile mark on the trainers.

Steve got us badges for our Road ID's to celebrate the milestone. The last two milestones, he had custom engraved stem caps - but we have run out of bikes to put them on. :-)

This weekend, GJ and I headed to Oswego to enjoy spending time with Matthew at our last Friends and Family Weekend (aka Parent's weekend). We enjoyed it - still not sure how the last 4 years could have gone by so quickly.

Miles for the week are 78, miles for 2015 are 2,782 and total miles are 15,037.
